Passenger dies in Williamsburg area car crash; charges pending

A preliminary investigation found that a 19-yr-old man was driving a 2012 Ford Mustang convertible with the top down at a high speed. He lost control of the vehicle, causing it to hit a ditch, go airborne and spin, police said.
