Two-way traffic to resume on Colonial Parkway in York County on Friday, VDOT says

The closure was part of the I-64 Widening Segment III project, and allowed crews to fix and widen the I-64 bridges over Colonial Parkway while maintaining the historic aesthetics seen along the parkway.
