Jonathan Gennaro Mellis, 34, is seen on police body cam video swinging and stabbing a long stick at officers trying to protect the west entrance of the U.S. Capitol during a riot there on Jan. 6, 2021, according to a criminal complaint unsealed on Tuesday.
