Police increase reward for man’s arrest in fatal shootings of mother and daughter in Norfolk

Officials initially offered $2,500 and doubled the reward Monday afternoon “due to the significance of this case and threat posed by the suspect,” according to a spokesman for the U.S. Marshal’s Service.
