Newport News man dies after losing control of car, crashing into tree on I-64 in Hampton

State police were called at 3:11 a.m. for a single-vehicle crash with the driver still trapped inside on Interstate 64 near Va.134/Magruder Boulevard in Hampton. Officers said the 19-year-old man was not wearing a seatbelt when he crashed.
