Windsor officials release body cam video of previous traffic stop involving Army lieutenant, then take it down

The stop occurred Nov. 7, 2020, about a month before another traffic stop involving Army Lt. Caron Nazario. In the November stop, Nazario was pulled over for going 19 mph over the posted speed limit and received a ticket.
